Divine Goddess is a yoga wear brand based in Byron Bay, Australia, operating in a highly cluttered space.
They have a popular physical store in the area but the sales to the online store were not

i) Create Ideal Customer Persona: Following our ‘Audience Architect’ Framework we researched and
created an ideal customer persona with relevant aspirations, desires and pain points.
ii) A bank of engaging and compelling creatives were created. Creative test was a big part of the strategy
iii) Multi- channel strategy was also used to combat iOS14 issue.
Google ads platform was added to the mix. Google shopping ads helped in getting the brand in front of relevant customers at the right point
iv) eMail sequences were added and refined.
v) Upsell and crosell strategies were further added to increase the average order value
